Terms & Conditions for Online Bookings

1. Appointment Booking
Chiropractic Appointments:

Initial Consultation & Examination: This appointment includes a thorough consultation, medical history review, and examination.

Report of Findings: A separate appointment will be scheduled to discuss a detailed report of our findings and your personalized care plan.


Massage Therapy Appointments:

Initial Consultation, Examination & Treatment: Your first appointment includes a consultation, history review, examination, and treatment, if appropriate. A report of findings and treatment recommendations will also be provided.


2. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival at the clinic.

Pricing:

Initial Chiropractic Consultation (including examination): £65

Initial Massage Consultation, Examination & Treatment: £65

Spinal Screen and Posture Check : Free



3. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

You can reschedule or cancel appointments through the online booking system or by contacting us directly.


4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are late, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate other patients, but the full session fee will still apply.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued if an appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

No refunds will be given for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.


6. Medical Information & Privacy

By booking an appointment, you consent to provide accurate and complete health information relevant to your care.

Your personal and medical information will be handled with the highest confidentiality in accordance with UK Data Protection laws.


7. Changes to Treatment Plans

Treatment plans, including the number and frequency of visits, are tailored to individual needs. Any changes will be discussed with you during your appointments.


8. Emergency Situations

In the event of an emergency, please contact us immediately. For urgent medical situations, please seek emergency assistance via NHS or local emergency services.


9. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed necessary for medical or ethical reasons. You will be informed of the rationale for such decisions.
